Shipping and Refund Policy for Iconicfurn.shop

This Shipping and Refund Policy outlines our procedures for order fulfillment, delivery, and handling returns or refunds. We value your trust and want you to be fully informed.


1. Order Processing

Standard Orders: Processed within 5–10 business days.

Custom Furniture Orders: Processed within 10–20 business days, depending on design complexity and material availability.

You will receive an order confirmation and tracking number once your product is dispatched.


2. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to South Africa and worldwide.

Shipping fees and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and size.

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Deliveries are made by third-party courier services. You will be notified once your order is shipped.

International Customers: Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply in your country and are your responsibility.


3. Return Policy

a) Custom Orders

Non-refundable once production has begun unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

b) Standard Products

May be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.


4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

In case of damage or defect, you must provide photographic proof within 48 hours of delivery.


5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement unless production has started.
